The FAQS

Q: Can I cancel my Hairplan membership?

A: Your membership is for a twelve (12) month commitment. You may cancel at any time provided you pay full price for any services you have received minus any membership fees you have already paid. * See cancelation policy

 

Q: Can I request a specific stylist?

A: Yes, you can select any of our Angels subject to availability.

Q:  How often can i book in for a cut?

A: You can book in every 6 to 8 weeks 

​

Q: How many appointments can I schedule at one time?

A: You can schedule as many appointments as you like as long as your direct debits are up to date.

​

Q: How long does my membership last? 

A: Membership contracts run on a 12-month rotation

​

Q:  How do I book my friend for their FREE cut & finish

A:  You ask them to book under your name and we will do the rest.

Q:  Can I transfer my membership to a family member or friend?

A: Sorry, your membership can only be used by you and ID may be required.

Q:  When do I receive my FREE shampoo and conditioner? 

A: We will have this ready for you when you attend your appointment.

Q:  How do I claim my 10% OFF any colour services I have? 

A: We will have you on our system as a HairPlan VIP member so our system will deduct your discount for you

​

Q:  What happens if I book and cannot make my appointment? 

A:  This will work the same as our normal appointments - as long as you give us 48 hours' notice you can just move your appointment. We also understand at times you may have an emergency so if this happens we will do our best to accommodate you.  Although if you do not show up and haven't let us know this would count as a visit. 

​

Q:  Are there any exclusions

A: Yes, you cannot use any other offer or discount when on a HairPlan. You also cannot use your colour discount on Balayage, colour corrections. Please see your welcome  pack for full details

Example of canceling your membership in any given month

You have your haircut at Hairven
Your bill should have been upto £94  including all your bonuses

 But you don’t pay this as you join Hairven hairplan membership  

Your chosen membership plan is only £42 so you save upto £31 every visit plus any othet savings
You then cancel your membership mid way through the year.

You are then required to repay the any accrued balance you have saved from being a HairPlan member.

You are then put onto our normal tariff pricing

Terms & Conditions

By purchasing the monthly payment option you are agreeing to the terms of this membership agreement.

​

Your HairPlan membership benefits are not transferable to any other person. Attempting to book services on behalf of someone else will bring this agreement to an immediate end

​

Payments are due monthly and will be collected by Direct Debit from GoCardless on or close to the 1st of each calendar month.  

You agree to maintain a direct debit instruction with your bank for the amount due.

Please do not cancel your Direct Debit instruction without contacting us first.(Your bank statements will have GoCardless with Hairven as reference)

​

If you register for direct debit payments after the first week of the month your actual Hairplan membership will begin on the following month.

(Example. You apply and set up the direct debit on the 15th of April

. Your actual HairPlan memberships begins on the 1st May when we begin to take the first payment)

​

The membership agreement is of 12 months’ duration (subject to terms under the heading “Cancellation”).

​

We may make reasonable changes to the HairPlan Membership Agreement terms and conditions at any time.

​

Membership is open to all VIP customers over the age of 18.

 You must have access to an email account and provide us with the email address.

​

The All HairPlan Monthly Payment Option is only open to those who have been customers of Hairven Salons  for a minimum of 6 months

​

If your Bank fails to make a direct debit payment from your account when due  Hairven will write or email to advise you of this.

An administration fee of £20 will be charged for each failed direct debit payment.

​

If you cancel your Direct Debit instruction without giving us notice of cancellation (see “Cancellation policy”) or making a new Direct Debit instruction an administration fee of £20 will be charged for each failed direct debit payment. If you fail to make an overdue payment within 14 days you agree that we may use you Direct Debit mandate to recover the full outstanding amount

You will in these circumstances have the option to instead cancel your membership in line with the terms of this agreement under the heading cancelation

You may cancel your membership without giving any reason within 14 days of membership.  This allows time for you to ensure you have made a sound decision about the membership. If you have had the benefit of any services  in the first 14 days you must pay the difference between your monthly membership payment and the total tariff or list price of the services.

We may send you information relating to your membership and current offers and promotions by email, Messenger, SMS or by post.

​
