Thank you for showing an interest in one of our Offers, Discounts or Packages. Please note that the following Terms & Conditions apply to all of our offers and that individual offers may have their own Ts&Cs. Please ask in salon for more details about your chosen offer or package.
Terms & Conditions
- If you receive an email or text voucher, please ensure that you produce this voucher upon payment for your discounted service.
- Please mention the relevant offer or package when booking your appointment.
- Vouchers / offers cannot be exchanged for cash or products.
- Vouchers / offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, package or discount.
- One voucher per person only.
- Unless otherwise stated, your service will be with any stylist level or beauty therapist as decided by the management at Hairven.
- Some offers may be subject to availability.
- Some offers carry a stylist, beauty therapist, date & time restriction. For example, some offers or discounts will exclude Saturdays and may not be at peak times.
- Hairven management have the right to withdraw any offer at any given notice period.
- If you are new to hair colour or you have not had a colour application with a Hairven salon in the last 6 months, you will need to have an allergy alert test a minimum of 48 hours prior to your colour application appointment.
- Hairven require at least 24 hours’ notice if you have to cancel or re-schedule an appointment. If you want to re-book your appointment we will require payment up front.
- Offers are generally not available during December, unless otherwise stated.
- Offers exclude Great Length, NanoKeratin, Colour Correction, Products and Balayage services.
