How to REDEEM points

You must present your Angel Card when you wish to REDEEM points against services or products

A minimum £30 purchase applies to qualify for redemption

You can REDEEM a maximum of £5 at any one visit

Terms & Conditions

  1. Points cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or be used with any other offer or discount.

  2. Maximum £5 worth of points can be redeemed in any one visit (minimum purchase £30) when purchasing services or products.

  3. Points cannot be redeemed during December.

  4. Members must be aged over 12

  5. Lost cards must be reported to Hairven ASAP. New cards can be re-issued but points may be lost so please take care of your card.

  6. All Points will be withdrawn or lost if you fail to show up to your appointment

  7. You must present your Angel Card to our front of house to add or redeem points. Points cannot be added without your card and you MUST ask when checking out.

  8. ID may be requested when you are redeeming points

  9. Terms & Conditions may change without prior notification.
